In this “Special TNCs” bulletin, we return to this first session of the intergovernmental working group mandated with the drafting an international legally binding instrument to regulate the activities of transnational corporations (TNCs), as well as on the mobilization of social movements and the proposals presented with the Global Campaign.
This bulletin also presents the results of the initiatives undertaken by the CETIM at the Human Rights Council in support of the trade union SINALTRAINAL (Colombia) and of the victims of Chevron in Ecuador.
