CETIM participated in the design, coordination, writing, editing, publishing and distribution of a publication entitled “The EU and the corporate impunity nexus. Building the UN binding treaty on transnational corporations and human rights”. This survey was carried out with our partners: Les Amis de la Terre France, the Observatoire des multinationales and the Transnational Institute. Through this publication, we reveal how the European Union has opposed the process since its inception.
