Proposals for the implementation of draft standards on transnational corporations

Given that all of the procedures mentioned above do not yet exist or only partially cover issues raised by the activities of transnational corporations, it would be wise to establish a specific mechanism within ECOSOC, such as a committee or working group, which would be responsible for implementing the draft standards or, as some observers suggest, creating an International Criminal Court for transnational corporations.
