For several years, the American Association of Jurists (AAJ) and the Europe-Third World Center (CETIM) have been closely following developments on the issue of transnational corporations (TNCs) within the Sub-Commission. In this regard, our two organizations are deeply concerned that the Working Group on TNCs is focusing its attention solely on Mr. Weissbrodt’s draft.
