at the UN
Accredited to the Economic
and Social Council of the UN (ECOSOC) and to the UNCTAD, the CETIM denounces
violations of human rights by State entities, transnational corporations,
international organizations, etc. in the framework of the Commission and
the SubCommission on Human Rights, specific working groups (among which
the working group on the right to development, the one on the activities
of transnational corporations, and the one on the draft optional protocol
of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights)
and Committees, particularly the one on Economic, Social and Cultural
Rights (ESCRC), etc.
All our written and oral statements are available and classified by year.
